I work collaboratively with individuals (10 and older), couples, and families. My aim is to improve the individuals quality of life through the use of effective treatments (i.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy). This approach enables me to focus on your journey of self-exploration, self-compassion and growth. My task is to meet your needs while providing a safe and validating environment from which you can thrive!
Individual Therapy: Individual session range from 45 to 55 minutes. These sessions are tailored to your needs. I allow for you to lead these sessions in order to address your main concerns as well as talk through on going problems.
Couples Therapy: Couples sessions range from 45 to 55 minutes. Sessions vary in what is explored, but maintain structure in order to allow for a productive and meaningful encounter. Family Therapy: Family sessions range 45 to 55 minutes. During these sessions we review an agenda and allow for there to be time to discuss immediate concerns as well as ongoing problems.
What is Telehealth Therapy?
Telehealth therapy, also referred to as online therapy, cyber counseling, or even web therapy, involves having counseling sessions remotely/virtually (i.e., through video) as opposed to in person.
